I designed my unique career. I graduated as a problem solver (i.e. engineer). I learnt the ability to go deep during my stint as a scientist. I have been implementing innovative ideas for mass impact as an Entrepreneur.

Now, as a career coach and job search strategist, I help mid-career professionals on their job search path with my ultimate job search strategy. I help my mentees transform from job seekers to value givers. I don't give jobs as a consultant. I coach my mentees to earn their dream jobs. Having seen both sides of employee-employer, I help my mentees to become entrepreneurial employees. I am a lifelong learner on the path to awakening my inner champion and coaching others to awaken theirs.

A journey of career changes and transitions full of experiences. The experiences of being on the stage of NITI AYOG, CII, and NDTV with industry leaders. And also had the experience of closing my 6-year-old startup even after impacting 14000 lives. I have won many awards, including the 'Young Inspirator Award', have been featured in the media several times and am a regular speaker at professional events.

Deep gratitude for my mentors and the environment of inspiration, but I learnt more from failures and frustrations along the way. I start my morning high on energy derived from spiritual practices and books. So much that I can't turn myself off at night until I press the meditation switch.
